3. China - UN climate.
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon says China must accept its global responsibilities on climate change.
Acknowledging the difficulties China has in accepting tough environmental measures while its economy is booming, Mr Ban nonetheless says major emitters must reduce their carbon emissions.
China and the United States are the world's two biggest emitters of the greenhouse gases blamed for global warming.
Mr Ban, in Beijing on a three day visit, says as an important global power China should also join efforts to combat a global food shortage crisis, to help Africa, and to help ease the world economic slowdown.
